Professional use includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Private customers have up to a 5-year limited warranty. Rollers and mesh construction have a 1-year warranty. Normal wear, misuse and unauthorised modifications are not covered.

It is a non-electric, adjustable massage and mobilisation system for repeated use in gyms, clinics, workplaces, wellness centres and other shared recovery spaces. It is delivered fully assembled and supports users up to 130 kg.
Movelio is designed for everyday muscular stiffness and soreness after exercise, prolonged sitting or physical work. Users should begin gently and increase pressure gradually. It is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
A massage gun provides powered percussion to a relatively small area and normally requires the user or another person to hold it. Movelio lets the user lie supported and apply broad, progressive rolling pressure across the back, hips, glutes and thighs. The systems can also be used as complementary recovery tools.
A massage chair is motorised, fixed in place and runs preset programmes. Movelio is non-electric, takes up less space and gives the user direct control of pressure, position and movement. It offers a different experience rather than being universally better for every user.
For facilities that want broad, user-controlled massage without motors, charging or motor noise, Movelio can be an alternative or supplement. The right choice depends on whether the facility prioritises local percussion, automated chair massage or adjustable rolling pressure.
The system is intuitive for self-use after the user understands positioning and safety guidance. Staff can demonstrate the frame settings and rollers, but pressure and movement remain under the user's control.
Six height levels on each side plus tilt create 36 height-and-angle combinations. Users can progress from gentle contact to very deep pressure using body weight and controlled movement.
The system can be positioned for the upper, middle and lower back, flanks, glutes, outer hips, and the front and outer thighs. Users should follow the manual for correct positioning.
The I Roller provides broader, more even contact. The S Roller has a central channel and provides more targeted pressure alongside the spine and on other suitable muscle areas.
The supported position and controlled rolling movement can create gentle spinal mobilisation, and some users may notice natural joint sounds. It is not the same as clinician-administered manipulation and does not replace professional assessment or treatment.
Professional supports up to 130 kg, is intended for repeated shared use, has disinfectable surfaces, an upgraded adjustable pillow mechanism and arrives fully assembled. The home Bed Roller supports users up to 100 kg.
