Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws, Movelio voluntarily offers a 30-day open purchase for private consumers.
As a private consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase and return the product within 30 days from the date you received the item, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging, properly packed, and not used beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
How to return a product

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error or defect on the part of Movelio (such as an incorrect or defective item).
Once the returned product has been received and approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned item or valid proof that the item has been sent back. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.
Norway
For returns within Norway, a flat return fee of 199 NOK will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping costs.
If the return is due to an error or defect on the part of Movelio (such as an incorrect or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by Movelio.
United Kingdom (DAP – Delivered At Place) For orders shipped to the United Kingdom on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis, customers are responsible for paying any applicable import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees. If a shipment is refused, not collected, or returned due to unpaid import charges, any return shipping costs, customs charges, handling fees, and original outbound shipping costs may be deducted from any refund issued, even if the order originally qualified for free shipping. These costs are not refundable. For shipments to the United Kingdom, spare parts may be sent separately to avoid unnecessary returns and additional import charges.
Sweden, Denmark, Germany (DDP) Orders to Sweden, Denmark, and Germany are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all applicable import VAT and customs duties are included in the price. For returns from these countries, customers are responsible for return shipping costs in the case of a change of mind or use of the right of withdrawal. If the return is due to an error or defect on the part of Movelio (such as an incorrect or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by Movelio. If an issue can reasonably be resolved by replacing a part, Movelio may offer to send a replacement or spare part instead of requesting a return of the full product.
Withdrawal before shipment
If the customer withdraws from the purchase before the product has been shipped, the full amount will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method originally used, and processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.
Business customers
The right of withdrawal and 30-day open purchase apply only to private consumers. For purchases made by businesses, organizations, or other professional entities (B2B), no right of withdrawal applies unless explicitly agreed in writing in advance.
