Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–4 business days after the order has been received, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Shipping Methods
We normally ship orders using carriers such as DHL or equivalent international shipping partners, depending on destination and availability.
The selected carrier and shipping method may vary based on location, package size, and logistics considerations.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, and local conditions. Estimated delivery times, where provided, are indicative only and not guaranteed.
Please note that international deliveries may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing, local carrier handling, or public holidays.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will normally be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a valid email address is provided and to check spam or junk folders if the tracking email is not received within a reasonable time. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us and we will assist you.
Pre-orders
As a general rule, Movelio does not sell products as pre-orders.
In certain cases, pre-orders may be offered. If a product is sold as a pre-order, this will be clearly stated on the product page, including an estimated delivery timeframe. If the estimated delivery time for a pre-order changes, customers will be informed by email.
Right of Withdrawal for Pre-orders
You have the right to cancel a pre-order.
- If the order is cancelled before the product has been shipped, the full amount will be refunded within 14 days.
- If the order is cancelled after the product has been shipped, the standard return policy applies, including the applicable withdrawal period from the date the product is received.
Uncollected Packages
If a shipment is not collected by the customer and is returned to us, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from any refund issued.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Norway
All prices include applicable Norwegian VAT. No additional customs duties or import taxes apply for shipments within Norway.
U.K
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are sent on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means UK import VAT (20%), and any applicable customs duties and carrier handling fees, are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and will be charged by the carrier or UK authorities before delivery. Customers are responsible for paying these charges in order to receive their shipment.
Warranty replacements and spare parts (UK – DAP)
Replacement or spare parts sent due to a confirmed defect must be declared with a customs value and cannot be declared as zero value. Such shipments may therefore be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees upon delivery.
Any import charges incurred for warranty-related replacement parts will be fully reimbursed by Movelio AS upon submission of valid receipts.
