Massage and mobilisation while you lie relaxed
Movelio Bed Roller combines adjustable massage with controlled mobilisation. You lie relaxed and control the pace and movement yourself, without using your arms to create the massage pressure.
Six height settings at the upper end and six at the lower end give you 36 combinations to adjust the frame’s height and angle. Together with your body weight, this provides adjustable pressure, from light to deep massage.
Choose the I-Roller for more evenly distributed pressure or the S-Roller for more concentrated, targeted massage. The free Movelio app provides personal guidance on area, pressure, roller choice, duration and frequency.

How is the massage pressure adjusted?
The frame has six height settings at the upper end and six at the lower end. These 36 combinations change the height and angle, allowing you to adjust bodyweight pressure from light to deep massage. Start gently and choose a level that lets you relax. The internal pressure test shows differences in measured load between settings; it does not establish a treatment effect.
What is the difference between the I-Roller and S-Roller?
The I-Roller distributes pressure more evenly over larger areas. The S-Roller provides more concentrated contact on either side of the spine. Both can deliver lighter or deeper pressure by adjusting the frame. Choose the roller and setting that feel comfortable for you.
How does Bed Roller combine massage and mobilisation?
You can stay still to massage one area, or use your legs to move your body slowly back and forth. These gentle movements combine massage pressure with controlled mobilisation. You control the pace and range of movement and should never push through pain.

We ship to available international markets. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–8 working days, depending on the destination. Import VAT, customs duties and carrier fees may apply.
Can I try it and return it?
You may assemble and try the product at home. If returned, it must be in near-new condition and packed securely. Return shipping is deducted from the refund in accordance with the current terms.
What warranty is included, and who should take extra care?
Consumers receive a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The wheels and mesh fabric have a 1-year warranty. Stop using the product if you feel pain or discomfort. Consult a doctor or physiotherapist if you are pregnant or have osteoporosis, implants, a recent injury or other medical concerns.
