Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of Movelio AS until full payment has been received, including any applicable interest on late payments and fees.

Force Majeure

Movelio AS shall not be held liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.

Disputes

Any disputes shall be governed by Norwegian law, with Bergen District Court (Bergen tingrett) as the agreed legal venue.
