What is the Movelio Bed Roller?

Movelio Bed Roller is a non-electric, adjustable massage and mobilisation system for home use. You lie supported while controlling the pressure, pace and movement yourself.

What does mobilisation mean?

Here, mobilisation means gentle, controlled movement through the back while you remain supported over the roller. It is not the same as spinal manipulation performed by a healthcare professional.

Can I use it when my back feels stiff or sore?

Movelio is designed for everyday muscular stiffness and soreness after sitting, exercise or daily activity. Begin with a low setting and gentle movement, then increase gradually if it feels comfortable. It is not intended to diagnose or treat a medical condition.

How is Movelio different from a massage gun?

A massage gun uses powered percussion on a relatively small area and is normally held in the hand. With Movelio, you lie supported and use your body weight and movement for broader massage, with the option to combine it with controlled back mobilisation.

How is Movelio different from a massage chair?

A massage chair uses motors and preset programmes in a large, fixed chair. Movelio is non-electric, easier to store and lets you control the pressure, position and movement yourself.

Can Movelio be an alternative to a massage gun or massage chair?

Yes. If you prefer supported, non-electric massage combined with controlled movement and mobilisation, Movelio can be an alternative or a supplement.

How do I control the pressure?

The frame has six height levels at each end, giving 36 height and angle combinations. Pressure is created by your body weight and can be increased gradually.

Which areas can I massage?

Movelio can be positioned for the upper, middle and lower back, glutes, outer hips, and the front and outer thighs. Follow the user manual for correct positioning and safe use.

What is the difference between the I Roller and S Roller?

The I Roller gives broader, more even contact. The S Roller has a central channel and provides more targeted pressure alongside the spine and on other suitable muscle areas.

Does Movelio provide spinal mobilisation or manipulation?

Lying supported and using controlled movement over the roller can provide gentle back mobilisation, and some users may notice natural joint sounds. It is not the same as manipulation performed by a healthcare professional and does not replace medical assessment or treatment.

Does it use electricity, batteries or motors?

No. Movelio uses gravity, your body weight and your own controlled movement, without electricity, batteries or motor noise.

When should I not use Movelio?

Do not use Movelio during pregnancy, if you are under 16, or if you have an acute injury or trauma, paralysis or relevant implants. Stop if use causes sharp, sudden or increasing pain, numbness or worsening symptoms. If you are unsure, ask a qualified healthcare professional.
