Roll slowly back and forth to massage a larger area, or stay still and let the pressure work on muscle knots or tender spots.
Choose how deep your massage goes
Each end of the frame has six height settings – at your upper body and at your glutes. This gives you 36 combinations, with a difference of over 500% in measured load in our test. The lower you set the frame, the more of your body weight rests on the roller and the deeper the massage.
Choose your roller for the area
S-Roller gives you a deep massage of the muscles running along your spine and your glutes, while the central groove leaves room for your spine. Choose I-Roller for broader massage of your thighs, the front of your hips and the sides of your back.
Use S-Roller to combine massage with controlled mobilisation to help loosen a stiff, sore back.
Adjust the pillow to suit your body
Choose from several pillow heights to suit your body, so you can lie comfortably during your massage.
