Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws, Movelio voluntarily offers a 30-day open purchase for private consumers.

As a private consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase and return the product within 30 days from the date you received the item, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging, properly packed, and not used beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

How to return a product

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error or defect on the part of Movelio (such as an incorrect or defective item).

Once the returned product has been received and approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned item or valid proof that the item has been sent back. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.

Withdrawal before shipment

If the customer withdraws from the purchase before the product has been shipped, the full amount will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method originally used, and processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.

Business customers

The right of withdrawal and 30-day open purchase apply only to private consumers. For purchases made by businesses, organizations, or other professional entities (B2B), no right of withdrawal applies unless explicitly agreed in writing in advance.
