2. Place it on a stable surface

Use the Bed Roller on the floor or another flat surface with enough space to lie down comfortably. Ensure the roller is securely inserted and adjust the tilt and height to match your needs.

3. Adjust the pillow for your body

The included vegan leather pillow can be raised or lowered to support your head and neck during use. Choose the height that keeps you relaxed while still allowing your back and hips to settle naturally onto the roller.

4. Choose your roller type
