Professional is available in a limited pre-order with estimated delivery in August/September. Payment may be charged when you order to reserve the product. You will receive tracking information when the order ships and an email if the delivery estimate changes.
Private customers have a 30-day trial period from the delivery date, in accordance with the applicable terms. The product must be returned in nearly new condition with all parts and suitable packaging.
Separate B2B terms apply to businesses, organisations and professional users. Contact us before ordering if you need a quotation, invoice or clarification of the terms.
Professional use includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Private customers have up to a 5-year limited warranty. Rollers and mesh construction have a 1-year warranty. Normal wear, misuse and unauthorised modifications are not covered.
Stop using the product if you experience pain or discomfort. Consult a doctor or physiotherapist if you are pregnant or have osteoporosis, implants, a recent injury or other medical concerns.
Will Bed Roller mainly be used by one person at home? The home model offers the same fundamental massage principle at a lower price and is assembled once after delivery.
