Very good experience with the Movelio Bed Roller. Had a really bad tendonitis from the right arm over the shoulder and on to the back. Pain on the back was worst. This bedroller helped a lot, and only after a 20min session I felt slightly better. After a couple of weeks my condition improved considerably. This was a condition that had been a problem for me for almost a year. Pain is almost gone now.
I also find it quite good for my back.
