General Terms
By visiting and using www.movelio.com, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
These Terms of Service are governed by Norwegian law. For purchases made by private consumers, applicable consumer protection legislation applies, including statutory rights related to purchases and returns. These terms are intended to comply with applicable law.
Orders and Accounts
You may place an order as a guest or, where available, by creating a user account. Creating an account is not required to complete a purchase.
If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information and for keeping your login details confidential. Movelio AS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of misuse or violation of these terms.
Payment
For standard orders, payment is captured when the product is shipped from Movelio AS to the customer.
In certain cases, Movelio may offer pre-orders. If a product is sold as a pre-order, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page, including an estimated delivery time. For pre-orders, payment may be captured at the time of purchase when paid by card or other immediate payment methods.
If payment is made by credit or debit card, the purchase amount may be authorized at the time of ordering and captured on the day the product is shipped (or at the time of purchase for pre-orders, where clearly stated).
If payment is made by invoice, the invoice is issued when the product is shipped. Invoice payment cannot be used to secure a place in a pre-order or production queue. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice and is a minimum of 14 days from receipt. Customers under the age of 18 may not pay by deferred invoice.
Payment is processed through one or more third-party payment providers, depending on availability and customer location.
In-stock products are normally shipped within 1–4 business days.
Use of Products and Commercial Use
Movelio products may be used by private individuals, physiotherapists, fitness centers, and similar entities as part of their ordinary activities, without any additional license fee.
It is not permitted to charge separately for the use of Movelio products, or to offer rentals, group sessions, treatments, or other activities where Movelio products form part of a paid service, without prior written consent from Movelio AS.
Any commercial use beyond what is described above requires a separate written agreement with Movelio AS.
Security
Movelio AS implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and payment information in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Disputes
Any disputes shall first be sought resolved amicably. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the dispute may be brought before the ordinary courts.
For private consumers, mandatory consumer protection rules regarding jurisdiction apply. Bergen District Court (Bergen tingrett) shall be the agreed venue where permitted under applicable law.
